About Yield Management RevPAR Extension
Yield management extension that enriches Profitroom native reporting with RevPAR, ADR, TrevPAR, GOPPAR, pickup at D-30, D-60, D-90, on-the-books pace and market benchmark comparisons. Data is pulled from your Profitroom account once every hour, warehoused in a per-property analytics store and surfaced through drag-and-drop dashboards suitable for weekly commercial reviews. Optional rate recommendation engine proposes rate moves per date and per room type based on your last three years of history, with human approval required before writing back to Profitroom. PDF and CSV exports ready for board packs.
How to get started
Add to cart and place the order
Add the module to your cart and place the order. A payment link and account access instructions arrive by email.
Access your Profitroommod account
Use the access link sent by email to open your Client Area. Your Profitroom module is ready to configure.
Connect your Profitroom API credentials
Enter your Profitroom API key under Settings → Connected Profitroom Account. Need help retrieving your API key? See the Profitroom access guide.
Configure and go live
Follow the module’s own configuration wizard. The first synchronisation with your Profitroom account runs within 15 minutes of activation.
